TheraBreath Review

It's important to have fresh breath for Valentine's day! TheraBreath is an all natural (with no additives), oral care system designed by Dr. Harold Katz, originally in 1994; when commercialized mouthwashes could not help Katz's daughter with bad breath, he developed a system to eliminate over 98% of the Volatile Sulfur Compounds that cause bad breath within the mouth. I was asked to review three of TheraBreath's products: TheraBreath Toothpaste, TheraBreath Oral Rinse, and TheraBreath Lozenges. The toothpaste was quite different from commercial toothpaste, especially since it does not contain Alcohol, Saccharin, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Benzalkonium Chloride (an allergen), some of which creates foam; interestingly, foam does not help clean but only gives the appearance of doing so! Along with stopping bad breath, the toothpaste is good for gum health and fighting cavities. It is designed to control the anaerobic bacteria that causes bad breath. After brushing, I did feel like my mouth was clean, very similar to the feeling of post-dental cleanings!
TheraBreath Toothpaste coupled with the Oral Rinse gives excellent results! The Oral Rinse uses OXYD-8 to eliminate bad breath and halitosis. When used together in the morning, I noticed that I had fresh breath through lunch, no matter what I was eating! It didn't seem to make much of a difference over-night! Because of its special formulation, it would be best to use together with TheraBreath Toothpaste because other brands of toothpaste might contain ingredients which end up working against the TheraBreath Oral Rinse formula.
