I don't now how many servings it is but my daughter gets a piece of fruit in the morning usually, and a veggie with lunch and dinner. This is minimum, sometimes for snack too. I'll guess two servings of fruit and 2-3 servings of veggies.

It varies from day to day, but i'd say usually 3-5 servings. Trying to do more! They are so picky!
ReplyDeleteI think its usually 3-5 servings a day.

It depends on the day but I would say at least 4. My kids like fruit for snacks.

My kids get about 5 servings a day. countrycookinmama@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteMy kids tend to get 4-5 servings, but I usually get less. I tend focus on what they eat more than on what I eat.

ReplyDeleteHmmm I don't really count servings, but we are vegetarian, and I'm pretty sure they get plenty. We do salad and sides of veg, and veg makes up much of our main course, and they eat fruit like it's going out of style hehe.

Well now this varies from day to day. The boys eat at school for breakfast and lunch and they try a new fruit every day for snack at school. For our supper we have a full course meal every night so I'd safely say they have 5 fruits and 6-7 veggies.

Veggies - not enough! He eats them at the babysitter's at lunch, but never eats them for me at home. So maybe 1 serving a day? Fruit - plenty - he loves fruit, and probably eats 2-3 servings a day. Thanks for the giveaway!
